Welcome to RPO Recruitment! We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial functions of our organization while providing strategic financial guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily financial operations and management of the company
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to promote efficient and effective financial operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Provide financial guidance, analysis, and support to senior management and other departments as needed
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with all tax and accounting regulations and standards
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
• Experience in recruiting or staffing industry preferred
• Understanding of international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs
