Large well established company with a well known brand is currently looking for a General Manager with at least 5 years experience managing operations, sales, debtors, staff, customer service and administration.
Minimum Requirements
Valid Matric Certificate Relevant Degree Own car with valid driver's license 5 Years general management experience Experience in sales and managing sales Preferably experience in a service related industry Good computer skills with advanced Excel Sales and presentation skills Good leadership skills Previously managed more than 80-100 employees
Managing the overall profitability of the branch Ensuring branch targets are met Overseeing sales, operations, debtors, staff and administration Managing a staff compliment of 100+ employees Actively growing the branch through new business development and growing existing customer accounts Improving service delivery to achieve operational requirements Ensuring ISO guidelines are adhered to Responsible for and tracking financial performance of the branch Managing and adhering to branch budget Managing debtors Training and development of staff IR/HR duties for the branch employees
