Ultra Luxurious Safari Lodge is looking for a GENERAL MANAGEMENT COUPLEThis exclusive safari lodge offers four spacious, north-facing suites, each thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping views of the surrounding bushveld and nearby waterholes. The suites feature open-plan layouts with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, private patios, fireplaces, and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and immersive experience in nature.Candidate requirements:
- At least 35 years in luxury lodge or hotel management.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and personalized experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage guest expectations and complaints gracefully.
- Proficient in managing lodge operations
- Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, stock control, and reporting.
- Familiarity with lodge management software
- Strong HR skills: hiring, performance management, conflict resolution, and staff welfare.
- Ability to live and work closely with a team in a remote environment.
- One or both should be FGASA-qualified with full trails
- Strong couple dynamic with clear division of roles and mutual support.
