? Overseeing the full day-to-day management of two exceptional lodges
/p
p
? Driving operational excellence, financial savvy, and team development
/p
p
? Building strong relationships - from guests and staff to local communities and industry partners
/p
p
? Championing sustainability and creating meaningful guest experiences
/p
p
?? Innovating the lodge offering across food, activities, and personalised service
/p
p
? Mentoring and uplifting your team through performance management, training, and growth
/p
p
? Bringing warmth, professionalism and that special "something" to each guest's stay
/p
p
? What we're looking for in this dynamic duo:

? A minimum of 5 years' experience in lodge/hospitality management (senior level)
/p
p
? A deep understanding of lodge operations, finance, HR, and guest service
/p
p
? A proactive, energetic approach with top-notch leadership and people skills
/p
p
? Financial acumen - forecasting, budgets and cost controls
/p
p
? Passionate hosts who lead from the front and thrive in the wild
/p
p
? Technically savvy with good mechanical and computer literacy
/p
p
? PDP (Public Driving Permit) required
/p
p
