As the General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects to ensure their successful completion. Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a team of workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
