Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced GCC Engineer with TMM experience to be based at a Mine in the North-West!Responsibilities:
- Fulfil legal engineering responsibilities under MHSA, ensuring safe operation of labour and machinery.
- Optimize equipment and plant availability to meet production targets through effective maintenance planning.
- Lead engineering standards, resource allocation, and cost control to support mine strategy and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering systems, processes, and human resource management.
- Collaborate across teams and with OEMs to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in underground/surface mining environment
- 3 years post GCC Mines and Works experience
- Management Development Programme will be advantageous
- Salary: R2m R2,6m CTC
