Job Description

Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer TMM to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:

Drive and monitor approved operational changes, optimize functional processes, and implement cost control systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize business intelligence and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making and contribute to functional and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards while promoting operational excellence through the Operations Effectiveness Model.
Lead TMM engineering management and related engineering functions, maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Champion people development by identifying training needs, managing performance, and executing workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements:

Grade 12
GCC Mines and Works
National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
8 years operational engineering and production experience within a mining environment
Valid driver's license
