Job Summary To serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of South Africa's most exclusive lodges, ensuring a seamless, secure, and emotionally resonant welcome that sets the tone for the entire stay.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Calm under pressure, with a naturally welcoming presence.
- Strong communicator with a knack for anticipating needs.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
- Comfortable with basic tech (radios, booking systems) and logistical coordination.
- Able to work day and night shifts
- Warm, confident, and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Emotionally intelligent and intuitively responsive to guest needs
- Team player with a proactive mindset
