Gardener Supervisor

The role requires an individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage a team to ensure all gardening tasks are completed to a high standard.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Garden Supervisor.
- Extensive knowledge of regional plant life.
- Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
- Familiarity with landscaping design.
- Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers.
- Ability to operate professional gardening equipment and machinery.
- The ability to remain on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
