Location: Johannesburg - Sandringham

Purpose of the Job

To make outbound calls to donors with the aim of promoting campaigns in order to generate donations.
Role and Responsibilities
-----------------------------
Making outbound calls for campaigns to elicit donations
Calling for new/increased debit orders
Updating database details
Assisting with appeals
Calling Donors on a daily basis
Capturing key customer data
Providing customers with correct and relevant information
Responding to customer inquiries and answer courteously inbound calls
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered
Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services
Manage emails and correspondence with donors
Reporting problems to manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
---------------------------------------------
Matric
Good knowledge of Jewish culture and customs
Previous sales and/or call centre experience would be advantageous
Preferred Skills
--------------------
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent MS Office skills
Must be friendly
Must work well in a team environment
Must be willing to work overtime from time to time
Sales driven individual
Ability to work under pressure
