Job Opportunity: Frontliner at Specsavers Westville Junction (KZN)
Specsavers Westville Junction is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused frontliners to join our dynamic team. We have immediate vacancies for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Handling inquiries and providing information on optical products and services
  • Processing payments and managing billing transactions
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or optometry setting is an advantage
