Job Summary
Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for a Front of House/Receptionist between Plettenberg Bay and Nature's Valley in the Western Cape. The position is located at a family-owned 8-room boutique hotel in a spectacular location near the Tsitsikamma Mountains and the Garden Route National Park. The uniqueness of this operation is the personalised service and interaction of staff with guests. The ideal candidate will be young and ambitious with strong management and organisational skills.

Kitchen management
Good, confident communicator (English): Ability to write in a professional way
Knowledge of SEMPER an advantage
Stock control
Housekeeping
Drivers license with preferably own car
Key Performance Areas
Working mainly in reception and will also assist the owners and relieve in the various departments when necessary. He/she needs to be highly presentable and well spoken, as the main focus of the job is taking care of guests.
