About Us:

At The Fresh Coat, we are passionate about providing a calm, elegant and luxurious beauty experience in the heart of Somerset West. Nestled in Chelsea Village, we offer premium nail, skincare, and wellness treatments in a stylish and welcoming environment. We are now looking for a warm, organised, and motivated Front of House / Office Manager to become the face of our salon and help ensure the smooth daily running of our space.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience

? Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism

? Offer and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) with care

? Maintain a calm, friendly atmosphere in the salon

Reception Duties

? Answer phone calls and manage WhatsApp, email, and online booking enquiries

? Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

? Handle payments and ensure accurate cash-up procedures

Salon Presentation & Cleanliness

? Ensure reception and treatment areas are always tidy, clean, and beautifully presented

Stock Management

? Monitor stock levels of retail and professional products

? Receive deliveries, manage stock control systems, and place orders when necessary

? Assist with retail display and merchandising

Team Support & Admin

? Act as a support to therapists and management with daily operations

? Maintain petty cash records and help with light administrative tasks

? Contribute to salon promotions, events, and occasional content creation for social media

Requirements:

? Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or office manager role (ideally in a salon or hospitality environment)

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

? Confidence using booking systems and digital communication platforms

? Professional appearance and polished presentation

? Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

? A qualification in beauty therapy, nails, or skincare

? Experience working in a beauty or wellness environment

? Passion for the industry and a keen eye for detail

Pay: From R5500,00 per month
