Scope and general purpose.
1. To assist the general manager maintaining and improving standards in the restaurant.
2. To ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize profitability of designated areas of responsibility.
3. Set up the restaurant prior to service and prepares restaurant mise-en-place.
4. Directly supervise and co-ordinate the activities of waiters, runners, hostesses, bartenders and cleaners including the production and management of rosters.
5. Adhere to the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of Kapstadt Brauhaus.
6. Take responsibility for stock, stock management and control.
7. Be fully bi-lingual and able to serve the English and Afrikaans customers.
8. Must have a drivers license and own transport.
9. Must have experience in hospitality industry as well as management.
10. PLEASE NOTE, APPLICANT MUST RESIDE WITHIN NOT MORE THAN 30KM OF WORKPLACE.
