Exclusive Safari Lodge are looking for a FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Set in the heart of a pristine private nature reserve, this exclusive luxury lodge offers a seamless blend of world-class hospitality and immersive wilderness experiences. Guests are welcomed into an atmosphere of refined elegance, where every detail is thoughtfully curated to provide comfort, relaxation, and a deep connection to nature. The ideal candidate for this Front of House Manager role is a highly organized, proactive individual with a warm and engaging presence.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury establishment
- Experience managing housekeepers and butlers
- Experience in coordinating rosters, training staff, and monitoring performance
- Good overall knowledge of the day-to-day running of a lodge as well as all departments
- Excellent administrative capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Organized and proactive
- Good knowledge of stock control
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Driver's license and own vehicle preferred
