Oversee and manage all aspects of the front desk, including scheduling, appointment booking, client check-in/out, and handling walk-in clients.
Customer Service:
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Scheduling and Appointment Management: Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage the booking system,
Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage the cash register, and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
Staff Management: Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to salon procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Retail Support: Assist with retail sales, upselling products and services to clients, and maintaining inventory records.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and handle social media inquiries.
Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting for clients.
Report Generation: Compile reports for management, including inventory, sales, payroll, and salon occupancy.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Experience in managing front desk operations and scheduling.
Knowledge of salon booking software and computer skills.
