Pull The Pin is seeking a sharp and proactive Outreach Executive to help drive multi-channel outbound campaigns across a diverse range of B2B clients. If you're a HubSpot whiz, love clean copy, and enjoy the thrill of a high-performing sequence, this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for:

Building, scheduling, and optimising outbound email sequences in HubSpot, Snov.io, and Dripify

Drafting monthly newsletters and nurture emails, adapting existing templates to suit each brand
Setting up LinkedIn connection/message drips to complement outbound sequences
Using generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to insert real-time, contextual hooks into email flows
QA'ing every send -- links, merge-tags, formatting, and mobile rendering -- before final approval
Tracking performance basics (deliverability, open, reply & meeting rates) and suggesting improvements
Maintaining a library of reusable snippets, sequences, and personalisation tokens
Flagging bottlenecks and resource gaps early.

The Person

5+ years' experience in demand generation or outbound email, preferably agency-side

Advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub user (emails, workflows, lists)
Proficient in Snov.io, Dripify, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent copy-editing and writing skills for outbound campaigns
Confident using generative AI to enhance personalisation and output
Strong grasp of campaign metrics and A/B testing principles
Excellent written English and comfortable with asynchronous UK communication.
The role is freelance with the expectation to work 30 hours per month.
