Job Description
Our Hotel in Himeville is seeking an F&B Duty Manager. Duties to include:
- Duty Management xe2x80x93 interactive, intuitive, creative, active, visible
- Staff Supervision - preparedness of staff, grooming, decorum, demeanour and professional etiquette
- Food & Beverage outlet readiness xe2x80x93 clean, well stocked, maintained, functional, quality of offering
- Staff Training xe2x80x93 on the floor supervision and sign off of SOPxe2x80x99s
- Revenue and volumes (forecast) anticipation xe2x80x93 staffing levels (rosters), stock levels
- Operational stocks xe2x80x93 count accuracy, consolidation, reporting, action
- Interpersonal Relationships xe2x80x93 fairness, discipline, courteous, respectful
- Guest Satisfaction xe2x80x93 on the floor activity
- Health & Safety Audits xe2x80x93 compliance as legislated
- Grade 12 with University Exemption
- Diploma in Hotel Management and / or
- Diploma in Food Services Management
