Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor:

Must train anddevelop productive and customer-service-oriented employees, schedule employeesto meet productivity needs based on schedules and projected sales,

Project the bestin customer service throughout the Restaurant and Bar outlets,

Operate theRestaurant and Bar outlets efficiently so that no inventorieditems are wasted in production or service

Maintain accuratecounts of inventories and store cash.

Responsible forpreparing schedules, they must balance the cost of labor (how much you have topay the people you are scheduling) against the projected sales for the periodthey are covering and the floor manager must ensure enough employees to provideprompt, customer-pleasing service while still making profit off of the salesfor the period.

Manage theemployees present within the Restaurant and Bar outlets at all times,ensuring that every customer gets greeted and treated with the very bestservice, food and experience possible.

Must have theunderstanding that serving the customer comes first at all times, and emphasizethat belief to their employees.

Managing therestaurant staff to ensure the customers receive their service and foodpromptly and handling customer complaints and requests are all duties the floormanager must perform.

Must"maintain proper inventories, ensure compliance with proper cash controlprocedures and complete related accounting and administrative reports asneeded."

Responsible foroverseeing the financial administration of the store while on duty.

Ensuring thatemployees follow policies and do not overuse inventoried product, ensuringaccurate inventory counts, overseeing and ensuring accurate transactions at theregister and keeping accurate records of cash on hand are all keys to ensuringthat the company remains financially profitable.

Requirements of the Food & Beverage Supervisor:
-At least 2 Years Experience in food & beverage service, withleadership experience
-Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach andlead-by-example work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for thehospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilitiesoffering support where required
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demandsexcellence, time and energy
-Experience of working with IT and Point of Sale systems on various platforms
