About the Role
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead all restaurant, bar, and events operations across the property. Your focus will be on consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction reflects the charm, care, and professionalism of our destination.
You will mentor your team, manage budgets and stock controls, work closely with the culinary team, and bring a sense of joy and precision to every meal, celebration, and service moment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations for restaurants, bar, and banqueting facilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain and enhance F&B standards through strong leadership and training
  • Manage budgets, stock levels, and cost control
  • Drive creative ideas for menus, promotions, and guest experiences
  • Plan and execute weddings, conferences, and private functions seamlessly
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all hospitality legislation and company procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' hospitality management experience (Restaurant or F&B Management essential)
  • Strong operational and financial understanding of F&B cost control
  • Previous restaurant management experience in 4 or 5 star properties
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, wines, and beverages
  • Experience managing events, weddings, or functions
  • Computer literate with POS system experience
  • Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
  • Chef or culinary background beneficial but not required
