Under the direction of the General Manager, and within the limits of the hotel's policies and procedures, to supervise and control all catering outlets including conferencing in the hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits, timeframes and parameters of the law, particularly liquor law. The F&B Manager must be able to Lead by example, be hands on, work with passion and be hard on procedure whilst soft on people. Outlets include, Jack at SKYE Rooftop Bar , London Road Bistro , Goods Receiving Stores and servicing Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Room Service, Conference venue as well as Events. Shift work, Weekend Work and Duty Manager shifts will apply. GAAP experience a must. Own transport is preferred.
