Job Summary Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager Congo MUST SPEAK FRENCH Location: Kinshasa Congo Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality Job Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control Recruit; train, and supervise staff members Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of budgeting and financial management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene Additional language skills Contact Megan: Apply Below / +Apply Below Whatsapp
