Job Description
FOH Restaurant Manager
Banana Jam Cafe, a restaurant and brewery in Cape Town is looking for a FOH Manager.
We require candidates to work day and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays (5-6 shifts per week) Salary is dependent on experience.
Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge required:
2-3 years in a similar role Strong leadership ability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Ability to multi-task Fit and energetic, able to stand for long hours
