About the Role:

As our Junior FOH Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth shift management, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing FOH operations during service Lead and support FOH team members to deliver top-tier service Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism Maintain cleanliness, health & safety, and service quality standards Assist stock control and cash ups Monitor stock levels for FOH supplies and coordinate with relevant departments
Requirements:

Experience in the hospitality industry preferably. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of POS systems and daily cash-up procedures Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to Have:

Hospitality or management qualifications Experience with reservation and booking systems
