Job Description
A serene and intimate lodge is looking for a dynamic FOH & FIELD GUIDE COUPLE to join their team.
Set within a Big Five reserve, the property offers a truly unique and intimate safari experience. The ideal couple will thrive in a small, close-knit environment and have a passion for providing hands-on guest service. The position requires a couple with a strong connection to the bush and a desire to work in a multi-faceted role.
Candidate Requirements Administrative & FOH Assistant
- Must have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be a natural people person, capable of anticipating guest needs.
- Knowledge of South African wine, spirits, and other beverages is an advantage.
- Must have excellent communication skills for guest and team interaction.
- Must have a valid Level 1 First Aid certificate.
- A FGASA qualification is required.
- Must be passionate about guiding and sharing knowledge of the bush with guests.
- Ability to assist with basic maintenance duties is essential.
