PURPOSE

To help as many sellers solve their real estate problems while supplying buyers the right properties to meet their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Speak to potential sellers from company generated leads

Call, ask questions, build rapport and listen to identify sellers real estate problems to solve

Negotiate property pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties

Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals, Earn Performance BONUSES

Work with an Energetic Team, Have Fun and make tons of MONEY!

Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of 1 year phone sales experience

Must have a minimum of 1 year real estate experience (wholesale experience preferred)

Must speak fluent English

Must have a persuasive personality

Exceptional phone etiquette/ rapport building. Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
