We are seeking an energetic and experienced Floor Manager to join our dynamic team on a seasonal contract from now until 31 March 2026. Situated within the iconic V&A Waterfront, our premium multi-outlet venue demands a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Description
- Oversee seamless daily floor operations across multiple outlets
- Lead, motivate and coordinate waitstaff and bar teams to deliver exceptional service
- Handle multiple orders and guest needs with speed, accuracy, and a calm approach
- Support the Operations Manager with smooth workflow, guest flow, and service standards
- Maintain a positive, hands-on presence on the floor at all times
- Previous experience in a high-volume, high-end hospitality environment
- A natural multitasker with strong communication and leadership abilities
- Excellent operational awareness and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible hours and peak trading periods
R22,000 per month, cost to company
