Floor Manager
Job Description
Our client based in johannesburg south is looking for a Floor Manager to assist in the Supermarket
Responsible for overseeing, managing and maximizing the entire business operations. Ensuring all staff are living the store culture and delivering excellent customer service while also monitoring the financial performance of the store.
Manage Department targets and profitability of all floor departments.
Managing stock levels per product category per department
Managing pricing and POS
Managing promotions
Responsible for hygiene and housekeeping
Excellent customer service
3 months contract to go permanent

Grade 12
Minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of day to day running and managing of a store
Qualification in Retail would be advantageous
Attention to detail
Knowledge of the LRA
Computer literate
