The Role: Flexi Sales Assistant Somerset Mall
The Flexi Sales Assistant will work shifts on weekends and weekdays, supporting the store team with customer service, sales, and maintaining store presentation. This role is ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for flexible work in retail.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
Deliver excellent service and contribute to sales targets
Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
Accurately process sales and handle cash/card transactions
Support team members with operational tasks when required
Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts
About You
Some retail or customer service experience advantageous
Matric preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Enthusiastic, reliable, and a fast learner
Flexible availability to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
Team-oriented with a customer-first approach
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed
