Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet or commercial vehicle sales
- Existing fleet client portfolio to generate immediate business
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Customer-focused, professional, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
- Manage and grow the dealership's fleet and commercial customer base
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with fleet clients
- Assist clients with vehicle specifications, finance, and delivery processes
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve dealership fleet sales targets consistently
