Our client is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Fleet Management and
Customer Service Associate to support a high-volume auto body collision and rental facility.
This role will be responsible for managing fleet operations, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks related to billing and vehicle violations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management:

Monitor and manage the vehicle fleet, including tracking rentals, returns, maintenance needs, and handling violations (e.g., tolls, parking, DMV issues).
Liaise with external vendors such as towing companies and DMV offices as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all fleet-related activities.
Customer Service:
---------------------
Manage inbound calls and emails regarding customer inquiries, billing questions, and service updates.
Ensure timely and professional responses to customers to maintain a high standard of service.
Follow up on customer service tickets and escalate urgent matters as necessary.
Administrative Support:

Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Maintain updated and organized records for violations, payments, and customer interactions.
Communication & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with management and team members to ensure smooth fleet operations and customer satisfaction.
Engage in group communications for urgent tasks and participate in dispatch
processes as needed.
Assist in integrating virtual assistant support into daily workflows to handle high-priority items.
Qualifications
------------------
Prior experience in fleet management, customer service, or administrative support roles (preferably within automotive, rental, or logistics industries). Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of DMV processes, toll violation management, and rental systems is preferred.
Ability to manage high call volumes effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus (Spanish preferred but not required).
