We are looking for a Dispatch / Fleet Manager for a high end Kitchen manufacturing & design Company.
The Role:
- Delegate and expedite resources to manage work in progress and complete projects in full and on time.
- Manage day to day resources with regards to delivery schedules and weekly planning
- Manage a fleet of vehicles and trucks with regards to maintenance, repairs and driver allocations.
- Control stock and deliver orders in full and on time.
- Communicate actively with fellow managers to act proactively and minimize the risk of delivery delays.
What we are looking for:
- Completed Degree - B.Com in Logistics; Business Administration or similar field. - Essential
- 3 - 5 Years Fleet management experience
- Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans.
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Good health & fitness level!
- Should be available after hours & weekends if required
- Strong conflict resolution skills & able to manage a diverse, multicultural team.
