A dynamic and service-driven tourism company in Franschhoek is seeking a

proactive, detail-oriented, and personable Service Controller & Storeman

Key Responsibilities

Control Room Operations

Oversee daily operations and fleet movements from the control room. Respond swiftly and professionally to any incidents, alarms, or operational challenges. Conduct routine system checks and resolve minor technical issues. Maintain calm and efficiency under pressure. Liaise with security personnel to ensure quick and effective incident resolution. Analyse operational data and compile reports to identify process improvements.

Logistics & Fleet Coordination

Coordinate daily fleet activities to ensure seamless and timely service delivery. Monitor fleet and facilities operations, reporting irregularities or inefficiencies. Identify and escalate any non-compliance with operational procedures (SOPs). Provide ongoing feedback to management on operational performance.

Storeman Responsibilities

Manage inventory of operational supplies and equipment accurately. Maintain organised, clean, and presentable storage facilities. Oversee stock control, receiving of goods, and issuing of supplies. Track usage trends and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements

Based in or near

Franschhoek, Paarl, or Stellenbosch

, with reliable transport.

Valid driver's licence

essential. Fluent in

English and Afrikaans

. Previous experience in

tourism, hospitality, or logistics

preferred. Background in

control room operations

or

storekeeping

advantageous.

National Diploma (or equivalent)

in Logistics or Operations Management is beneficial. Strong

communication
