- Assisting customers with assembly instructions and resolving technical issues
- Providing expert support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting flat pack furniture problems
- Documenting customer interactions for future reference
- Collaborating with the product development team to enhance product design
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions
- Experience in furniture assembly or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions & technical drawings
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for furniture assembly
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping customers
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
