Job Description
The Wine Lounge Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in the wine lounge. You will assist in coordinating seating arrangements and support the wine and service teams throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Manage reservations and maintain the seating plan.
Liaise with the wine and service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and lounge areas.

1-2 years' previous hostess or front-of-house experience in a luxury environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
