Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Fitter and Turner.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Competencies:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Develop and implement a stock list of cutters used on conventional machines.
- Ensure machines are thoroughly cleaned each month.
- Identify and sort out safety areas of concern.
- Conduct mould maintenance, repairs, modifications, etc.
- Conduct tool maintenance and inspections during and between production runs.
- Provide expertise on development work.
