Lead the front-of-house experience at a renowned fine dining restaurant set in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands. What You'll Do:




Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, world-class service. Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain fine dining standards. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, reservations, and events teams for smooth service flow. Drive guest engagement, ensuring memorable dining experiences and repeat patronage. Manage rosters, stock control, and service reports efficiently. Uphold luxury presentation, service etiquette, and wine knowledge across all interactions.

What You'll Need:




Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury wine estate. Proven leadership and team-management skills in a high-end environment. Strong wine knowledge and confident guest interaction skills. Excellent communication, grooming, and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
