Financial Manager – Manufacturing

Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency
- Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely submissions
- Liaise with the Financial Director and senior leadership on strategic financial matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (non-negotiable)
- 5-7 years' experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven operational finance expertise, including cost accounting and inventory control
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
- Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across regions
