What You'll Do
Oversee full financial management and reporting across multiple departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Winery, Retail). Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and service excellence. Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making. Drive profitability through cost control, financial analysis, and process improvement. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls. Collaborate closely with operational heads to build financial awareness across the business.

What You'll Need
BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification, with completed SAICA articles. Minimum 5 years' post-article experience in financial management or senior accounting. Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills with high attention to detail. Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. Hospitality industry experience and knowledge of POS and PMS systems highly advantageous. Proficient in Sage X3 and Microsoft Office. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Franschhoek, Paarl, or Stellenbosch.
