Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group in the Winelands ??. This hybrid role (1 day per week in Stellenbosch) offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy, manage budgets, and optimise operational performance across a dynamic hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making ?

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs to ensure business profitability
p
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards ?

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
p
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and investment decisions
p
- Implement and optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency
p
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a senior financial professional, preferably within hospitality or luxury operations
p
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
p
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
p
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
p
- Passionate about contributing to the growth of a luxury hospitality brand
