Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full financial management of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and risk management.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance, provide insights, and recommend strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage and support the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
• Oversee project costing, revenue analysis, and financial modelling for renewable energy projects.
• Ensure statutory compliance with tax regulations, audits, financial reporting standards, and relevant industry legislation.
• Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

? Qualifications & Experience

• B Com degree and SAICA articles
• 1 years' experience in finance
• Experience within renewable energy, engineering, construction, or related project-based environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a finance team.
• High proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a strategic and solutions-driven mindset
