FINANCIAL MANAGER - Cape Town Central - R50 000 R65 000 Per Month CTC

Our client a leader in the International domain of the Call Centre Inbound and Outbound Marketing World is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to join their team in a fast-paced marketing and call centre environment. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in accounting, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Accountant or Manager, and a proven track record of success in managing financial operations. The selected candidate should have a vibrant and energetic personality to align with the call centre operation''s atmosphere.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or Manager.

Experience working in a marketing and/or call centre environment is preferred.

Demonstrated tenure of at least 2 years in a single company in a Financial Manager role with 200+ employees

Energetic and vibrant personality suitable for a call centre operation.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Solid understanding of accounting regulations and compliance.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Leadership abilities with a track record of leading and developing teams.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.

English neutral a necessity

Living within 25km of the City centre

Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the marketing and call centre departments.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.

Assist in the development of financial strategies and goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

The position is available immediately to the right person that has a fluent remote excellent command of English as the Financial Manager will be dealing with International Clients.
