Job Description

A CA(SA) is essential for the role coupled with 2-5 years post article experience within the Property / Real Estate Sectors (essential). Understanding of property / development and leases as well as overseeing financial and planning, budgeting and forecasting; prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports and cashflow projections; ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits and statutory requirements; manage financial risks, cost control and investment strategies; oversee AP, AR and payroll functions; liaise with banks, auditors and other financial institutions; implement and monitor financial polices and internal controls and support senior management in strategic financial decision-making.
