SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:A well-established, listed property development company based in Sea Point, Cape Town, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and ensure the ongoing financial health and sustainability of the business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable team at the forefront of the property development industry, offering a hands-on role in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead , budgeting, and forecasting processes.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Oversee cash flow management and develop financial projections.Ensure compliance with tax legislation, statutory requirements, and external audits.Identify financial risks and implement effective control measures and cost-saving strategies.Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other day-to-day functions.Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls and company policies.Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior management.Requirements:BCom in , Finance, or related field ( qualification preferred).Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the property development or real estate sector.In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting systems and financial management software.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.To Apply:
