Financial Controller (plant Manufacturing)

Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management report
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost-control processes at plant level
- Evaluate financial performance and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX and local regulations
- Manage month-end and year-end closures, reconciliations and audits
- Partner with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role, within a multinational manufacturing environment
- Exposure to SAP and financial reporting systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- A collaborative, open-minded approach with the ability to work across functions
