We are seeking a
Financial Controller
to manage financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the Finance Manager wholistically.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage accurate financial records. Knowledge of
accounts payable
andaccounts receivable
. Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements and reports in conjuction with the Finance Manager. Supportbudgeting, forecasting
, and cash-flow management. Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to management. Assist withexternal audits
, tax submissions, and statutory reporting. Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.Requirements
Matric Essential Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting
,Finance
, or a related field (advantagous) Minimum of3 years' accounting experience
. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
and modern accounting/ERP systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
