Rosebank College
is looking for aFinancial Administrator Support
to manage accounts receivable functions with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
:Recording Point of Sale payments. Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account. Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used. Ensure the uploading of Proof of Payments to the Student Information System (SIMS). Interpreting account statements. Attend to finance related queries. Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
Requirements
:Minimum
: Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7).Ideal
: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.Experience
: 1-2 years in credit control or financial administration.Competencies
:Customer service orientation. Attention to detail and deadline driven. Adaptability and innovation. Ability to work under pressure.
