Job Description


Job Purpose
Ensure all finance administration is complied with on site
Responsibilities:

1. Bank

  • Bank Statement allocation
  • Importing the Bank into D365
  • Reconciling of bank accounts, clearing accounts & unallocated deposits
  • Filing of cash ups, batches & reconciliations
2. Purchase Orders
  • Loading of information
  • Processing
  • Confirm delivery/ service
3. Vendor Management
  • Capturing
  • Payments
4. Payments
  • EFT's
  • Cheques
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Team campus and support
Job Requirements:
Education Qualification:

NQF Level 6 qualification in Accounting/ Finance

Experience/Exposure:
  • Financial Administration - 1 to 2 years
Certification, licenses, legal and physical requirements:
  • MIE criminal and qualification reference checks
  • Ability and willingness to travel
Salary:

Market related.
