Job and Company Description:
My client is based in Centurion and is a leading global security company with 533 employees on 6 continents. They are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the financial controlling function including the compilation of financial statements, recon reviews and group reporting.
Job Skill and Requirements:
- Create and upload MFC data
- Review MFC data submitted by Finance Managers
- Ensure that the company complies with the requirements as set out in the Companies Act 2008 as well as any related legislation, including tax legislation
- Ensure continuous review of financial controls, processes and systems to drive improvements and efficiencies
- Develop and formulate financial procedures to maintain proper financial controls
- SOX compliance control
- Fixed asset management control
