Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading digital marketing and PR agency based in Sandton, Gauteng.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and brings strong experience in debtors management, as well as general office administration. This is an in-office, full-time role, so reliable transport is a must.
Responsibilities
Finance & Debtors:
Maintain and manage debtor files and records
Conduct debt collection with persistence and professionalism
Generate weekly reports on debtors for management
Maintain client contracts and send account statements
Collaborate with external bookkeepers and accountants
Process invoices, weekly supplier payments, and interbank transfers
Reconcile multiple accounts weekly to ensure accuracy
Ensure timely processing of debit orders before month-end
Office & Administrative Support:
Provide PA and diary management support to the management team
Handle client liaison and resolve general client queries
Assist with filing, data capturing, and office admin tasks
Manage client web services and internal coordination
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements
2+ years' experience in a finance or debtors role
Relevant tertiary qualification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident, personable, yet firm in handling client payment follow-ups
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Experience using banking platforms (FNB & Netcash)
Familiarity with Xero Accounting platform is highly beneficial
Able to work independently and take initiative
Own reliable transport (role is in-office)
